Boen-sé en ogri-sé
The benign and harmful side that every winti carries.
Within the Winti tradition every winti carries two sides: the boen-sé, the benign, and the ogri-sé, the harmful.
This is not a division between good and bad winti, but a property of all of them. How a winti shows itself depends on the relationship: whether one lives as one should, whether agreements and trefu are kept.
For dream interpretation this means restraint. A threatening image need not mean a malign force is at work. It may equally be a familiar force showing itself sternly.
