Kra tafra
A meal or bath to strengthen the kra, the soul.
A kra tafra is a table or meal for the kra, the personal soul. A kra watra is a bath with the same aim. Both are used when the kra is weak, saka or swaki, as practitioners say.
According to the tradition a weak kra can show itself in unrest, tiredness or dreams in which you are stuck or cannot move forward. The kra can also be addressed by praying with a kalebas of water.
